Her life

In December 2011 some time, we got two tortoises. They were a yellow footed tortoise and a red. One was named Beefy(the later) and the other was Pickels. Pickels died in 2012 from a disease. Beefy continued to be healthy. She kept on growing and she was a very happy tortoises in my opinion and I'm sure everyone who knew her would agree. Some of her favorite foods things that were red like tomatoes, and grapes and she also love blueberries and lettuce. We build her a wooden cage and she would sit in it all day during the summer. She loved to try and climb through really small things like the wrapping paper tubes and she didn't really like water but liked when I has the hose on mist. She go and walks through it and some times just sit under it. She would eat anything and every thing you put in front of her and that would include red magazines. When we went up to our cabin this summer, we got a pack and play for her to crawl around in because it got really cold up there this summer. She also loved eating flowers so we would set her down in our garden in the summer at our house.
